Write prompts in customer language
- Start from real questions: call-center and chat themes, sales calls, search queries and forum threads.
- Use the words customers use, not internal product names.
- Cover typos, plain-language and long conversational forms.
- Remove duplicates: two prompts with the same intent add cost, not insight.
